After two days of interviews with managers, employees and appropriate
stakeholders the reverification team judges VFT Canada Inc. to have a very
good understanding of the Responsible Care codes and ethic.

Upon review of company management systems, including support
documentation, the team judges that the company’s decision-making and
subsequent actions are underpinned by the Responsible Care ethic and the
strength of their management system supports a self-healing environment.
Based on the company’s history of continuous improvement the team feels the
findings requiring action and opportunities for improvement (listed in Appendix 3)
will be corrected in a timely manner.

The team judges that the reverification process is complete and has requested
that the company report their progress in addressing the findings requiring
action to HIEA-CAP on a semi-annual basis, the leadership group, in the annual
CEO commitment to the C.C.P.A and during the next reverification.
